Another Quiz Thingy

You Are a Plain Ole Cup of Joe

But don't think plain - instead think, uncomplicated
You're a low maintenance kind of girl... who can hang with the guys
Down to earth, easy going, and fun! Yup, that's you: the friend everyone invites.
And your dependable too. Both for a laugh and a sympathetic ear.
I go for a plain old cuppa joe, but I think of myself as more of a mocha girl, actually ~ a step up from low maintenance. Just ask my husband if that isn't true! Bless him, he'd just smile at you. He really is a plain ole cuppa joe!
So, what it is that makes these quizzes so irresistible?? The girls and I just have a ball with these. That quiz site, Blog-things is not safe for the children (and maybe not me!) to peruse alone, but we spent a good time together yesterday finding out what seasons we are, what Muppet characters and what other vintage cartoon characters we are, as well as what kind of cookies we are. Too much fun.
(By the way, did anyone else notice the misspelling in the "old Joe" description above?)
H/T Red Cardigan at And Sometimes Tea, who's also a plain ole' cuppa joe.

Looks like I'm just a plain cup of Joe, too. And using your instead of you're is a far too common mistake...ranks somewhere after the improper use of the pronoun "I" as one of my pet peeves.

I am the same as you..plain cup of joe? lol.

Though, to be honest I dont like ordering coffee anymore.

You go in and immediately the 'coffee inquistion begins, 'would you like a long black? Short black? Double espresso, mild espresso, Vienna, Cappuciano? Mocha flocha rocka something? LOL!

I just want a COFFEE!!! LOL

In fun,

Marie

Ellen ~ Yeah! And "it's" vs. "its" is just too much for people anymore! Drives me nuts!

Marie ~ I know! It's so funny! You can't go into a coffee shop and use the wrong jargon, either. For heaven's sake don't say "venti" in a Caribou Coffee shop, fi! &:o) (You are always fun, Marie!)

I get my coffe (IF I buy it "out") at the gas station. They don't speak venti, tall, mocha flocha rocka (LOL! Marie!).

They (we) DO speak, "Grande, por favor con no crema."
BTW - On the subject of upscale coffee shops: Starbucks contributes MAJOR money to Planned Parenhood. I wouldn't go there just on principal alone.
I am, you guessed it, a plain old black cuppa joe. I did this quiz awhile back and had been keeping it as a draft. I just changed the post option date and have my results at
Spot Those Turns
:-)
PS - I had already changed "your" to "you're" LOL!
