Our Lady's Birthday Party
The no-fuss but really yummy way:
Heaven Cake
one "boughten" angel food cake
one large carton thawed "Cool Whip"
one large box vanilla pudding mix
one can crushed pineapple, well drained
shredded coconut (optional)
strawberries, halved and shaped into hearts
Gently fold pudding mix into Cool Whip until completely blended, then do the same with the pineapple. Upturn angel food cake onto plate and frost generously with Cool Whip mixture. Top with shredded coconut and strawberries if desired. Easy-peasy. And truly heavenly.
