Coffee on the back porch. Canning waiting to be done. Fresh eggs ready to roll off the counter. This vignette pretty much says it. The children still snoozing, I got up early and made a pot of coffee last Saturday morning. It was deliciously chilly outside, so I grabbed my old navy blue sailor jacket and my camera, and, coffee cup in hand, took a stroll down the canal trail near our home.
