Pentecost Sunday


Come Holy Ghost...
...fill the hearts of thy faithful and kindle in them the fire of thy love.V. Send forth thy Spirit, and they shall be created.R. And Thou shall renew the face of the earth.

Let us pray.
O, God, who by the light of the Holy Ghost, didst instruct the hearts of thy faithful, grant that by the same Spirit we may be truly wise and ever rejoice in His consolations. Through Christ Our Lord. Amen.

    In the back of my mind I knew this should be Pentecost Sunday, but when I opened up my daily Saint it spoke about it being the feast of the Visitation. Father never even mentioned this feast day at Mass today, but I wish he would have made a small mention of it. When I remember ahead of time I try to wear red.

    One more thing (loopy me forgot again)...this prayer is what we say when we group for prayer. Have you also made a Cursillo?
