Sunday Drivers

The idea Sunday afternoon was to head out to a pumpkin patch to pick our pumpkins, but the little boys needed naps, so we took a little drive around the outskirts of town, up the Uncompahgre Plateau while they slept.

This is how the trip started, with lovely autumn scenery...

This is what we drove into. Suddenly it's winter!

  1. It was 80 degrees here today. I would love to see some snow. We are in northern NY and we usually have seen some hard freezes by now, but not even any frost yet this year.

  2. Oh, Wow! Odd weather, huh? Sending some snowdusting thoughts your way, Joann10! Are the leaves changing color as normal?
