I have done most of these things!...Oh my goodness. I have done most of these things! The one that made me laugh the hardest was the litany of names. I have called my daughters by their aunts' names. For whatever reason, I never switch genders, but tend to call the baby by its older-sibling-of-the-same-gender's name. So John is often "Isaiah" and Maria is often "Madeleine" or "Sophie" (M being a daughter, S being a sister).
